    CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a major supply company in Lewisville to seek out a team of Customer Service Representatives If you have 2+ year(s) of call center and supply chain experience, and have previously used AS/400, APPLY TODAY

    Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Representative

    Location: Lewisville, TX ***Hybrid remote after going permanent

    Pay Rate: $21/hr.

    Duration: Temp to Hire

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

    Job Duties:

    • Input, validate, and manage customer orders received via email, customer portals, and by phone.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate delivery schedules and shipments in a timely and organized manner to customers.
    • Interface with buyers and production planners to achieve on-time customer delivery, while communicating new and upcoming customer requirements, and facilitating expedites with buyers, suppliers, and local distribution teams when necessary.
    • Process returns, credits, debits, and denials
    • Provide customs documentation for international shipments

    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ year(s) of experience in customer service
    • Knowledge of supply chain systems preferred
    • Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Must be capable of using AS/400 based system (J.D. Edwards is a major plus)
    • Ability to multitask with good attention to detail
    • Experience with EDI based systems are a major plus
