    We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Representative candidate who possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to problem-solve and can function effectively as part of a team as well as being able to work independently.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    · Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company's products and services.

    · Managing patients, practitioners and client inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a careful and courteous manner.

    · Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.

    · Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.

    · Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

    · Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.

    · Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.

    · Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.

    · Provide responses to all client service questions with internal departments.

    · Complete all assigned special client service projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    · 2-3 years' experience in Client Services, sales, or a similar role.

    · Operational Knowledge of experience with Microsoft applications (outlook, word, excel, etc.)

    · Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.

    · Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

    · Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.

    · Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

    · Ability to focus with exceptional attention to detail.
