- Review and provide equipment operation recommendations.
- Troubleshooting of HVAC controls issues
- Support our BMS vendors on ongoing BMS maintenance and upgrades.
- Support of Vertexs external consultants for commissioning, controls analytics, and engineering studies
- Daily collaboration with Facilities/OPS group
- Troubleshooting programs and reprogramming support
- Experience with Metasys MUI and CCT programming.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute to a cohesive plan with objective progress reporting including metrics.
- Familiar with control strategies and HVAC operations of sequence
- Experience with GMP environments and policies is desired
