Strategic Key Account Manager at Burr Oak

Are you experienced in working with key retail accounts and fluent in French? Do you have a background in branded consumer goods? Burr Oak is currently partnering with a leading premium consumer brand to find a talented Strategic Key Account Manager for their European business. This is a full-time remote position based in Germany.

As the Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across Europe. Your main focus will be on building strong relationships with major retailers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of each account's needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies successfully.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts.
  • Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market information to make accurate sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales KPIs to senior management and provide actionable recommendations
