    Title:
    Marketing Communications Specialist


    Location:
    Newport Beach, CA 92663

    Duration: 12 Months Contract


    Shift:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

    Job Description


    Works as a marketing business partner directly with product line leadership and physicians to develop and implement successful and cost-effective marketing strategies and plans that help meet business objectives and goals.

    Translates technical and clinical information into clear communication for both physician and patient audiences.
    Successfully implements strategic marketing tactics including newsletters, fliers, brochures, ads, invitations, direct mail, email marketing and website content management.
    Collaborates with outside consultants or agencies.
    Acts as project manager to external clients, VP and Principal.

    Qualification

    Requires a B.A. or B.S. in marketing, advertising, journalism, communications or related discipline
    Three to five years' experience in a corporate marketing/advertising/PR department, or marketing/advertising/PR agency setting.

    Ideal experience:
    – someone with 3-5 years of experience and General Marketing Writing Project management Critical thinking
    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excels at project management.

    Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEM, SEO, SMM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, web edits), best practice in at least one of these concepts, and knowledge in Web CMS (Content Management Systems).

    Computer proficiency to include the following software programs: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite.
