    Description

    Roth Staffing is seeking a Communication Specialist II (Internal & Corporate Communications) for a client in the life insurance industry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work for a leading global life insurance company with a solid corporate culture and competitive compensation.

    • Job Description:

    We are in need of a creative and forward-thinking communications professional to support the Finance organization's Transformation Management Office (TMO) with their communication requirements. You will collaborate closely with TMO leadership and the core project team to develop compelling messaging related to their deliverables, change management, and driving business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing informal meetings, coordinating content for newsletters, creating presentations for department gatherings, drafting leader communications, and generating content for various platforms such as intranet pages and digital signage.

    This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and make a direct contribution to the Finance organization's evolution for the future. The ideal candidate should possess strategic thinking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to craft engaging messages while implementing effective communication strategies to support organizational transformation efforts.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Craft clear and impactful communications for ongoing Finance, Risk, and Actuarial initiatives.
    • Collaborate with workstream leads and business functions to identify communication needs, develop plans, and execute them.
    • Create newsletters, coordinate visual projects, organize events, and implement internal communication strategies.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and foster strong working relationships to grasp key business priorities and address communication gaps.
    • Required Job Qualifications:
    • 5-8 years of internal communications experience in a corporate setting, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
    • Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and creatively.
    • Proficiency in AP style.
    • Ability to write for various audiences and design engaging communications.
    • Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficient in content management platforms and email marketing tools.
    • Knowledge of graphic design software and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

    A portfolio showcasing articles, marketing materials, and communication plans is required.
