Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Watertown Health Care Center.As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide support in various areas including financial management, admissions and resident accounts, payroll and human resources support, compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports,
- overseeing business office functions including billing and collections
- processing resident trust funds in compliance with state regulations
and maintaining accurate ledgers for all financial transactions.
