- Lead and manage small team of estimators, providing guidance and support throughout the estimating process
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material and labor estimates for various construction projects
- Collaborate with project management and business development teams to develop bid strategies and pricing
- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive bids
- Maintain and update a cost database for materials, labor, and equipment
- Track and analyze project costs and provide feedback to improve estimating accuracy
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in construction estimating
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, OnScreenTakeoff)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Position Overview: As the Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimating process, from initial bid preparation to final submission.
