Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide new life and career perspectives to individuals who have difficulty finding employment.
  • You will build a trusting relationship with participants and support them individually through weekly oneonone coaching and small group coaching on job market topics.
  • These conversations will take place at the gsm location or onsite during appointment accompaniments (e.g. during work trials for participants). You will prepare participants for practical experience through job application training and job search.
  • To facilitate participants' entry into the job market, you will work with gsm to establish a regional network with companies (e.g. for internships) and social institutions (e.g. debt counseling).
  • You will maintain contact with our contacts at the job center and document the progress of your participants.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work, or
