Home Health and Hospice MSW (Medical Social Worker)

Must be able to travel within Alameda.

Initial Requirements:

  • MUST have Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Must have Hospice and Home Health experience
  • Minimum one year clinical experience (two+ years preferred)
  • Current license to practice in CA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
  • Computer/Internet experience (webbased charting to be used)
  • Bi/Multilingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, Chinese etc.)

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
