Export Clerk (m/f/d) We have been sealing things for almost a century. Since 1925, we have developed into an internationally operating manufacturer of closure systems. Today, we can proudly say that if someone gets something "too" tight, it's us. We are a medium-sized company in the field of closure technology located in the triangle of Essen, Wuppertal, and Düsseldorf. Our products, from design to global distribution, are all produced in-house. We always work with a high quality standard to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. In order to continue meeting our standards, we are looking for motivated employees who are excited for a new challenge and want to grow with us. We are currently seeking a Export Clerk (m/f/d) for part-time (hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week) for our sales department. Your responsibilities include:
  • Customer service (phone & email) in English and German
  • Quotation and order processing
  • Preparation of export documents (commercial invoices, export declarations, delivery notes, preference certificates, certificates of origin)
  • Customs clearance
  • Coordination of deliveries with service providers and customers
  • Verification of tariff classifications, general master data maintenance
Your profile:
  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or forwarding agent
