Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
- Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
- Train and manage front of house personnel.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in hospitality.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
