Description

Join us as KITCHEN SUPERVISOR. We'll start you off slowly and give you more responsibilities over time. You have the chance to become AGM and GM for one of our locations if you do well.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the team by filling in as a line cook, expo, or FOH when needed no ego involved.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure stations are stocked using FIFO principles.
  • Conduct daily line checks to maintain cleanliness and adherence to DOH standards.
  • Handle hiring, training, and scheduling for the kitchen team.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • NYC Food Handler License.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Deep knowledge of food storage protocols and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of ToastPOS and thirdparty delivery systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
