With over 30 locations and 520 employees, we serve commercial and government consumers as well as private end customers.We are currently seeking a *Sales Team Leader (m/f/d), full-time* for our location in *Berlin* at *Mobilität & Energie Nord-Ost GmbH & Co.
KG*.*Your responsibilities
- Leading a team based on key performance indicators
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales goals
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies to increase revenue and acquire new customers
- Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored energy solutions
- Continuously monitoring the market and identifying new sales opportunities
- Actively selling mineral oil, complementary products, and services
- Optimizing and creating processes
- Preparing and analyzing sales reports
- Acting as a liaison between your team and other departments
- Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the mineral oil industry or a related field such as energy supply
- First experience in team leadership and sales, including increasing revenue and customer retention
