    _Medical Assistant/ Receptionist __PartTime with the ability to become Full-Time at_
    _ Dr. David M Wolfson MD Care Center in Brooklyn New York_
  • The _
    _Medical Assistant/Receptionist__ Responsibilities are:_
  • Provides assistance to Physician and services and care to patients including escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and recording vitals and patient history, PIF charts, other clerical duties, EMR data entry and handling telephone calls
  • Provides assistance, services and care to patients by scheduling appointments, greeting, resolving problems and handling payment and insurance information for patients by phone or in person.
  • This position provides clerical and data entry support to the Care Center.
  • The Medical Receptionist requires a positive approach, ability to multitask, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedure
The
_Medical Assistant/Receptionist _must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a medical office
  • Certified graduate of Medical Assistant program required
