Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments and analyses to investigate the properties, performance, and durability of materials under various operating conditions.
• Synthesize and fabricate materials using advanced techniques such as chemical deposition, sol-gel processing, and electrochemical deposition.
• Utilize various characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, spectroscopy, and electrochemical methods, to analyze material structures and properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and technicians, to develop and optimize fuel cell and battery systems.
• Present research results at internal meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.

Qualifications:

• Ph.

D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field with a focus on fuel cells, batteries, or electrochemistry.

• Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in fuel cell and battery materials research.
• Extensive knowledge of materials synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical techniques.
• Hands-on experience with fuel cell and battery testing and evaluation methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic research environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
