Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments and analyses to investigate the properties, performance, and durability of materials under various operating conditions.
- Synthesize and fabricate materials using advanced techniques such as chemical deposition, sol-gel processing, and electrochemical deposition.
- Utilize various characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, spectroscopy, and electrochemical methods, to analyze material structures and properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and technicians, to develop and optimize fuel cell and battery systems.
- Present research results at internal meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.
Qualifications:
- Ph.
- Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in fuel cell and battery materials research.
- Extensive knowledge of materials synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical techniques.
- Hands-on experience with fuel cell and battery testing and evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic research environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
