- Works closely with the Buyers and Merchants to implement and maintain buy strategies and stocking programs.
- Research suppliers to determine which ones fit the companies pricing and quality objectives.
- Manage physical and digital purchasing records.
- Follow strict purchasing policies and procedures.
- Supports Sales Consultants, Sales Administrators and Project Coordinators with information and product availability requests through reallocations, confirmations, and ticket resolution.
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to cross functional and cross concept partners.
- Trace/expedite of purchase orders.
- Ensures pricing, promotions and product availability is up-to-date and communicated in a timely manner.
- Participates in vendor product knowledge meetings in store locations or vendor facility to become brand expert.
- Support purchasing team as needed.
- Audits and maintains pricing and catalog files.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required and assigned.

- Appliance and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
