Now we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Sustainable Heating Supply in full-time in Stuttgart - Hybrid - with professional experience.


How you will support us:
Project management of climate-friendly heating system renovations from conception to planning, possible building permit applications, tendering, construction management, and commissioning Responsibility for timely, cost-effective, and technically sound project implementation Commissioning and management of required external specialist engineers, installation companies, and other service providers and craftsmen Opportunity to gradually take over engineering services that were previously outsourced Proactive coordination of the various interfaces with all internal and external project participants What you bring: Successfully completed studies in the fields of architecture, technical building equipment, energy and supply technology, or comparable qualification Strong project management skills Ideally, knowledge of the requirements for heat pump systems or alternatively, willingness to acquire this knowledge Independent and structured work Good communication skills and social competence What we offer: Stuttgarter Wohnungs- und Städtebaugesellschaft mbH Augsburger Straße Stuttgart
