Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham, PLLC is a rapidly growing law firm with several offices throughout the U.S. We are looking for an Office Manager for our Chicago office.This position reports directly to our HR Director with duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting with onboarding new hires (including setting up computers)
- Ensuring firm policies are followed consistently
- Handling day to day issues within the office
- Assist with office efficiencies
- Assist with HR issues (with input from the HRD) that arise in the office
- Ensuring transportation (train passes) are handled correctly
- Etc...

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
