    $64,200 annual salary

    The Unit Manager will supervise staff, oversee unit programs, and maintain connections across the facility. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, managing resources efficiently, and addressing any issues within the unit promptly.

    • Directly supervise unit staff and evaluate their performance as per company policies.
    • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and orientation of staff.
    • Clearly communicate roles and responsibilities to subordinates.
    • Conduct evaluations of staff and review payroll records regularly.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Three years of experience in a criminal justice field, including two years in a supervisory role, or equivalent CoreCivic experience.
    • Knowledge of correctional facility management practices, laws, and regulations.
    • Valid driver's license and minimum age requirement of 18 years.
