State Farm Insurance Agent seeks an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team in a SALES role.

As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm Insurance and Bank products.

Develop
leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
As an Agent Sales Team Member, you will receive


hourly pay plus commission when licensed

valuable sales experience
[Requirements]:


Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

People-oriented

Proactive in problem solving

Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

Ability to work in a team environment

Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance Licenses(must be able to obtain)
Depending on experience we'd consider Full Time or Part Time (clearly indicate)

$ $22.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed
