Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends or patterns that may impact service delivery
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve outstanding issues
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze information and problemsolve effectively
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
Pay:
