- Work effectively in office settings and onsite support as required.
- Perform data entry tasks into POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Implement system changes related to beer, liquor, wine, routing, and pricing.
- Assist in building beer, liquor, and wine panels for new establishments.
- Support installation and removal of equipment including Toast systems, printers, and other hardware.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for Toast systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Respectful demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Business sense and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Passion for coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Hands-on leadership skills to effectively support the team in various tasks.
- Ability to work regularly 20-25 hours per week. This role has the potential to move to a 40-hour-per-week position at a later date.
