Team Leader Technical Training - Germany North (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Leading the "Technical Training" team with up to five trainers
- Planning, organizing, and providing technical training for customers and employees
- Conducting technical training in person and through elearning sessions for trade partners, wholesalers, planners, and architects
- Developing and conducting expert presentations on current market and industry topics
- Actively participating in the development of concepts for our training program
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in building services engineering or a completed vocational training with further qualification as a master/technician
- You are used to presenting complicated technical matters in a simple way, you are creative, and you have a talent for designing practical and engaging presentations or trainings
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel to company locations (25%)
