Assisted Living - Medication Technician Resident Assistant


Hours:
AM Shift
: 06:30AM to 02:30PM;
PM Shift 02:30PM to 10:30PM;
NOC Shift:10:30PM to 06:30AM


_GREAT SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS OFFERED_

AM Shift Differential:

Weekends: $2.00/hr additional;
PM Shift Differential:Weekdays:

$5.00/hr additional; Weekends: $7.00/hr additional


NOC Shift Differential:


Weekdays:
$4.00/hr; Weekends: $6.00/hr.

Responsibilities:


  • Become a Cedar Community Champion by providing a pleasant, courteous, caring, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members.
  • Help residents live their life to the fullest by providing direct patient careassisting with personal care based on individual resident needs, including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin/nail care, hand washing, shaving, dressing, bed making, walking, exercising, mobility, and ambulation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and assure residents' rights and privacy are protected at all times.
  • Administers scheduled medications prescribed according to established medication administration policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations
