We are currently looking for a Team Leader / Branch Manager (m/f/d) to join our dean&david team at Bremen Airport on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Team Leader (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include: * Taking charge of the day-to-day operations.

* As our number one on site, you will create schedules, ensure compliance with our quality standards, and always be available to support your team.

* You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and revenue, and conducting inventories.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of business administration to understand the operations and key performance indicators of the restaurant business.
A hands-on mentality combined with a confident demeanor.
Excellent German language skills.
To have been a resident of Germany for at least 10 years.
