Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $20 to $27 Flat rate per hour paid biweekly.

This position also offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, and paid vacation and sick days.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist experienced technicians in repairing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.
  • Help perform diagnostic tests to ensure all issues have been addressed.
  • Remove and replace damaged components as directed.
  • Learn to inspect vehicles for damage and understand how to repair the body to factory or customer specifications.
  • Assist in grinding, filing, and sanding repaired surfaces.
  • Help to remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body.

Qualifications:


  • Some experience or interest in auto body repair.
  • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Dependable and hardworking with a keen interest in learning.
