Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electronics sales and technology products
• Proficient in retail math and cash handling procedures
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Pay:
$48, $51,015.00 per year
