Overview:
Vivaldi is a luxury boutique on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. We specialize in evening wear, special events, and mother of the bride.

We are seeking a dynamic sales associate experienced in luxury womenswear (evening wear preferred)

- ability to network and maintain relationships with industry professionals at runway shows, showrooms, etc.


Duties:

• Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Utilize product knowledge and creativity to generate sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Maintain superb follow up on special orders, alterations, promise dates, appointments, etc.
• Assist in miscellaneous tasks essential for the operations of the store

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury womenswear sales (evening wear preferred)
• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Digital literacy and familiarity with technology platforms

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
