You coordinate Anythink's special projects, including events, exhibitions, outreach opportunities and initiatives like Anythink's Backyard Concert Series, mySummer, and Fall Artist Showcase.
You are a genius at event coordination, leading teams to shape project plans and use project management tools to help keep everyone on deadline.

Do you have what it takes?
You have 3+ years of marketing/communications/event planning or related experience.
You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Liberal Arts, Communications or related subject.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with a high-speed environment.
You are tech savvy. You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and talent management software.Spanish Speaking candidates desired.
