Orlando VA Healthcare System's Surgery Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Urology Chief. Ideal applicants are those who want to contribute to the achievement of quality care standards, as well as the growth and development of a VA academic hospital program. You must be an excellent communicator and team player who is adaptable to the needs of a growing medical center.

Orlando is seeking a candidate with advanced skills in General Operative Urology. The Urology Chief also provides a variety of services including pre-operative patient exam and assessment and performs all aspects of Adult Urological Surgery including treatment of lesions, biopsies, urological laser procedures, enucleating, stent insertion, prostate, penile and renal surgery. The provider will perform urology-related direct patient care in all functional areas of the OR, ICU, ward, and clinic settings as needed, to include on-call coverage. The incumbent is involved in program planning, objectives, policies, and standards essential to delivery of quality Urological care.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
