Business Controller (m/w/d) at OEV in McCord, OK

About Us:


After significant growth in personnel and revenue in recent years, we are now in need of your support as a Business Controller (m/w/d).


Your Responsibilities:


As a Business Controller in our company, you will be the main interface to all business and functional areas, and a central point of contact for our management team, team leaders, external accounting department, and auditors.


You should have a passion for numbers, a good understanding of accounting and business administration, as well as personal skills such as communication, accuracy, patience, and empathy.


Your task will be to develop a sense for our business model, enjoy working with details and numbers, and be able to put them into context and evaluate them.

Your responsibilities will include project controlling, cost accounting, business planning and budgeting, forecasting, and investment calculations.

We expect you to take pleasure in shaping our controlling and business management to achieve our company goals.

This also includes managing, implementing, and further developing our ERP software "Vertec", which we have been using since the beginning of the year.


Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, or a comparable vocational training
  • Professional experience, ideally as a Business Controller
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • High flexibility and openness to a dynamic and creative work environment
