For a client in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, we are currently looking for an assistant doctor (m/f/d) in training for pediatric and adolescent medicine to start as soon as possible.

The primary care provider has 500 beds spread across 12 departments. The employer is also an academic teaching hospital with a wide range of training and further education opportunities.

The department of pediatric and adolescent medicine provides care for premature and newborn patients up to the age of 18, both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. The treatment spectrum includes therapy and diagnostics for infections, heart, metabolic and hormonal diseases, diabetes, as well as diseases of the lungs, kidneys, nerves and gastrointestinal tract. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art devices such as EEG, 24-hour EEG, ECG, CT and MRI, as well as several ultrasound machines. The department also takes care of the neonatal intensive care unit, where diagnostic procedures such as hearing screening, ultrasound, preventive and metabolic examinations are carried out.

The workplace is located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in the north of Germany, in an attractive city with many sports, cultural and educational facilities. The location is characterized by a beautiful harbor, many lakes and a nature reserve.
