Title: Land Development Engineer

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Pay: $70-90K+

Bonus: Two Bonuses throughout year

Benefits: Annual Bonuses, Employee Stock, 401k match, 15+ days of PTO (depending on experience level), holidays, etc.

Job Description:

Our client, an award-winning firm who has been headquartered locally for over 50 years, is seeking a Landscape Architect to join their team.

The position responsibilities include:

Working on a wide range of large and small projects including residential, mixed use, commercial and institutional.
Direct mentorship of junior staff and working with staff to develop design drawings.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of Landscape Development Engineering experience
PE license strongly preferred
Expertise in Civil 3D
