Customer Service Representative needed for our growing small animal practice. Our practice specializes in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery exclusively. We pride ourselves on state-of-the-art dentistry and anesthesia, as well as outstanding customer service all in our 5,000 sq ft facility in Boxborough. Our customer service representatives are the face of our practice and play an important role in ensuring our days run smoothly.

Duties include answering phones, medical record management, client communication, data entry, scheduling and management of photo library. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as a team and take direction from coworkers.

The ability to problem-solve and attention to detail are a must. Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or experience in a veterinary setting is required.

We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a spacious break room and outdoor sitting area that can be enjoyed when on lunch break.

Hours needed are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 7:30am (open) to 6pm (close) with the occasional opportunity for additional hours. Uniforms are provided after 90-day probationary period. Continuing education allowance is provided after one year of service.
