- Assisting with basic patient screening for study enrollment;
- Supporting patient follow-up visits;
- Documenting in clinic charts;
- Entering data in EDC and addressing queries;
- Managing medical record requests;
- Assisting with updating logs, filing charts, and scheduling appointments;
- Ensuring timely review of reports and patient results;
- Supporting study recruitment and patient tracking;
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines; and
- Performing other assigned duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, EHR, web applications, and fast typing skills (40+ wpm);
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills;
- Effective written and verbal communication;
- Interpersonal and listening skills;
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and problem-solve;

About the Position:
Join Alcanza, a growing multi-site, multi-phase clinical research company with a network of locations across different states. They focus on Phase I-IV studies in various therapeutic areas. Be part of their expansion journey.
The Research Assistant (RA) will handle administrative tasks to support the clinical research site's smooth operation.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have an Associate's degree, 1 year of clinical research experience, or equivalent. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
