    Excited about nature and interested in becoming a part of a vibrant team in Dallas, TX? Outside is in search of a Yard Associate to join our team, playing a crucial role by assisting with yard/nursery upkeep, material organization, and ensuring the outdoor area remains immaculate. Offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, this position provides the chance for personal and professional growth in a nurturing atmosphere.     Compensation:

    $18 - $20 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment from trucks, as well as supporting inventory management tasks.
    • Prepare and organize materials for job installations in the yard.
    • Keep the yard area clean and well-organized to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
    • Transport plants and materials when required.
    • Monitor and document the movement of incoming and outgoing landscape materials.
    • Provide excellent customer service by helping crews load purchases.
    • Safely operate basic yard equipment like skid steers and hand trucks.
    • Sort debris and load dumpsters as needed.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet yard objectives efficiently.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
    • Demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and a diligent work ethic.
    • Knowledge of plants is beneficial.
    • Being bilingual is an advantage.
