Description

Exceptional communication and organization skills.

• Bankruptcy experience, particularly representing the creditor's side.
• Prejudgment remedies experience (writs of attachment/possession).
• Postjudgment enforcement experience including writs of execution, execution levies, liens, etc.
• Experience with Relativity, Ricoh on Demand and other ediscovery platforms.
• Federal and state filing experience.

This position is currently 2 days in-person/3 days remote with a 7.5 hour work day.

Parking and lunch provided on in-office days.
