Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizational Support:_ Assist in organizing and maintaining film equipment, props and other resources necessary for instructional film projects.
- Facilitation of

_Collaborate with instructional film staff to facilitate film-related workshops, projects and activities for young adults aged
- Technical assistance:_ Provide technical support during filming sessions, including setting up equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth production process.
- Instructional Support_ : Assist in delivering instructional content related to film production techniques, equipment operation, and industry standards to young adult participants.
- Engagement:_ Foster a positive and supportive environment for young adult participants by offering guidance, feedback and encouragement throughout the filmmaking process.
- Administrative Tasks:_ Assist with the administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance records, coordinating schedules and communicating with participants and stakeholders as needed.
- Collaboration:_ Work collaboratively with instructional fil staff, program coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of film related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production or related field preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with young adults aged in mentoring or instructional capacity.
- Flexible schdule, including availability for evening and weekend sessions as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with film production equipment and software preferred.

- Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other SEAT Center systems software.
- Must have a deep respect for the ideas, resiliency, and intelligence of young adults and a proven track record in working with young adults who have experienced multiple barriers to success.
- Valid NYS Drivers License; regular access/ use of a car.

Pay:
$42, $48,000.00 per year
