AE Works is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer, EIT to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, EIT at AE Works you will be responsible for working with design teams on designing mechanical HVAC systems for building projects.

This position will be based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office and comes with a competitive salary based on relevant experience as well as generous perks and benefits including medical, vision, dental, and disability insurance, 5 weeks paid time off and paid holidays, a 401k, dress-for-your-day dress code, virtual working capability, and a work-from-home equipment allowance.

Role and Responsibilities for Position:

Assist lead engineers in the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects of both new construction and renovation, within various market segments
Participate in meetings, internally and externally, to collaborate with other team members and client travel with team members for onsite collaboration and investigation
Travel with team members for onsite collaboration and investigations
Participate in corporate activities including Social and Eco projects to support and develop the Triple Bottom Line business model and enhance our B Corp status

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
EIT registration in PA or other reciprocal state
3-5 years of industry experience in designing building mechanical systems
Highly proficient in the use of Revit and HAP modeling tools
Skilled with using cloud based and mobile technology for collaboration
MS Office proficiency
