As a vertically integrated company, Flow-Rite designs, manufactures and markets fluid control devices for lead acid batteries, recreational fishing boats, and hydroponics.

Flow-Rite's Injection Mold Process Technician will be a
Help First individual who produces quality molded products by
Thinking Beyond Tomorrow to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.

• Perform mold and material changes as required.
• Perform process troubleshooting, part inspections and various other functions to ensure part conformity and quality.
• Monitor and prepare support equipment as needed.
• Perform machine startup, shut down and processing changes.
• Perform process setup on various types of molding machines.
• Communicate with the quality department on all nonconforming parts and improvement suggestions on process control.
• Ensure machine cycle times and setup parameters are accurate.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assures housekeeping standards are met.
• Maintain shift process logs.
• Troubleshoot processing problems.

• Commit to operating by the company's core values.
• High school diploma and/or GED preferred.
• Experience in operating a forklift truck and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to work within the framework of the Team.
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic atmosphere.
