Job Duties:

Must have organizational skills.
Mechanical knowledge (small engine repair).
Trouble Shooting Skills a plus.
People skills, work well as team.
Communications skills.
Must be able to navigate a website.
Must be able to operate a computer and software.
Self-motivation, able to start task and manage them.
Assist customers in locating merchandising in store.
Help the team to keep the sales floor, receiving and back stock area organized, clean and fully stocked.
Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.

Job Functions
Answer customers questions and provide information on procedures and policies
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of
the business.
Be at your workstation on time
Be customer ready whenever you are on the sales floor
Always be polite and attentive to customers. Make eye contact, smile and ALWAYS say thank you.
Do not avoid customers.
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Recommend related items when appropriate and execute S.A.L.E.S. process
Keep your area of responsibility neat, clean, stocked and priced properly.
Advise store management of any pricing errors
Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
Assist in the training and development of peers
Actively participate in huddle meetings
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Offer a carry-out if appropriate
Know the proper way to answer the telephone
Be alert for possible merchandise losses. Protect all company assets and report any missing or damaged
merchandise to your supervisor.
Address all safety concerns immediately
Advise store management anytime you say "no" to a customer
Take initiative to learn selling skills
Perform other tasks as asked by store management
Effective communication skills; professional conduct and personal presence; team player; exhibits initiative,
urgency, and strong work ethic;
Knowledge of (quickly attains knowledge of) overall store policies, procedures and goals.
Knowledge of (quickly attains knowledge of) and strong interest in hardware product lines;
Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
