What we look for in our NPs:

MUST have 2+ years of independent outpatient experience in psychiatry
- REQUIRED
Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing:

Appropriate California state licensure: you must have an active CA Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license or better:

Active DEA license for Schedules 2-5:

Already credentialed with the major insurance carriers (we would need to get you credentialed under Mental Wellness, but it's much faster if you've been previously accepted by insurance carriers)

You have not opted out from Medicare
:

You have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely

About the role of Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

This is initially a part-time contract position but would likely develop into more of a full time position over time as patient load builds up
:

You'll provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients as a member of the NP team
:

You'll practice medication management responsibilities to include 50-minute initial visits (+10 min admin) and 20-minute follow ups (+10 min admin)
:

You'll provide us your availability so that we can book patients into your schedule

We would pay you by hours worked/patients seen.
