SALES MANAGER (Industrial Valves and Equipment Sales)

Location:
Towanda, PA (Northeast PA)We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Emerson Impact Partner team.

As an account specialist, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-size industrial, life sciences, power, chemical, energy, water, oil and gas accounts in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region, such as Allentown, Sayre, Towanda, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Williamsport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and new customersIdentify and pursue new industrial business opportunities within the assigned geographic regionDrive sales growth and increase market share for our industrial valves and equipment, and services offeringsPrepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and training sessionsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfactionKeep informed of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our sales strategiesREQUIREMENTSProven sales experience in industrial valves and equipment, or related products, ideally 2-8 yearsExperience selling or engineering solutions for industrial clients in the Northeast Pennsylvania regionFamiliar with Allentown, Sayre, Towanda, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and WilliamsportExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWe offer a competitive salary and bonus package, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
