The focus is on a practical
dual training at the highest level combined with the development of
business and
social skills.

You will sell our
exclusive collections with a sense for the individual needs and desires of our customers. With a strong focus on service, you will reliably assist our customers and competently address their buying interests.

In addition, you will learn all about proper
product presentation and
sales promotion and also take on responsible tasks such as monitoring inventory and incoming goods, cashier duties, or using the CRM system.

The theoretical training takes place in
part-time classes in cooperation with a local vocational school and consists mainly of the following subjects: product and sales knowledge, retail and business studies, accounting, economics and social studies, and inventory management.

Start: August 1st or September 1st, 2024 (Bavaria)

Duration: 2 to 3 years depending on performance
