    *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health*Join Team Select Home Care in providing quality home health care to our valued patients and their loved ones.     *Position Details and Responsibilities** 1:1 patient care


    • Working with patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
    • Documenting electronically
    • Patient assessments
    This position is open to CNAs in Pueblo, Colorado, and with part-time, full-time, PRN, and per diem positions available in the home care setting


    Salary:
    $14- $18 / hr.


    Work Location:
    Patient Home Setting, In-person


    Scheduling options (depending on location):

    • Day shift
    • Evening shift
    • Overnight shift
    • Weekend availability

    • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in Colorado
    • Maintains a current CPR certification
