Operations Supervisor - Motor Coach Transportation

This is a leadership position, transportation experience is beneficial, but not required. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, and dispatching motor coach operators from our Savage, MD, location. The Operations Supervisor will coordinate daily site operations, provide leadership to drivers, train, evaluate, mentor, and guide drivers. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, contingency planning, and coordinating site motor coach operations and dispatch.

The Operations Supervisor assists the Hyattsville, MD, Operations Manager to meet the operational needs of the site and overall Martz MD.


Must be available to work a split shift, 3 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
