Customer Service Representative Germany (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You will support our customers (B2B) and sales partners via email and phone.
  • You will take care of order processing from order acceptance to shipping and invoicing.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer master data.
  • You will clarify technical inquiries and advise dealers and consumers.
  • You will support colleagues in the after-sales service department.
  • You will take on tasks in sales controlling and process improvement.
  • You will create internal and external statistics and presentations.
  • Your colleagues from the logistics, e-commerce, marketing, and accounting departments are looking forward to working with you.
