Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Must have proof of a current City Of Milwaukee Class D bartenders license to schedule an interview.


Requirements:

• The ability to work with others in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes
• Ability to operate a POS system and perform basic math calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
