YOUR ROLE:

  • Personnel planning for commissioning and service in the field of machinery and plant engineering
  • Organizational leadership of employees
  • Monitoring of deadlines and goal achievement
  • Cost monitoring and budget compliance
  • Communication within the team and with the customer
  • Organizational personnel planning (vacation, working hours)
  • Data maintenance in the ERP system and scheduling
  • Internal communication about project processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education and several years of experience in a similar position
  • First leadership experience desirable
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English
  • Versatile and flexible team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
